1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase THE REBUILD and feel that the materials haven't helped you after giving them a genuine try, you can request a refund within
30 calendar days of your purchase.
Our guarantee is designed to give you the opportunity to explore the Manual, apply its guidance, and see whether it provides value for your situation.
We don't expect you to completely transform your life in 30 days. We simply ask that you make a genuine effort to engage with the materials before requesting a refund.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
To qualify for a refund under our voluntary 30-day guarantee, you must:
- Have purchased THE REBUILD through our official checkout.
- Submit your refund request within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
- Have genuinely tried THE REBUILD Manual and The Emergency Kit.
- Provide your purchase email address and a brief explanation of how you used the materials.
You do not need to complete every exercise or achieve a specific result.
We simply ask that you give the materials a fair opportunity before deciding they aren't right for you.
Refund requests are reviewed in good faith.
3. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is straightforward.

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
You do not need to contact Stripe directly to request a refund under our voluntary guarantee.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued through Stripe to your original payment method.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will generally cover the amount paid for the eligible digital product purchase.
Where applicable, currency conversion differences or fees imposed independently by your bank or card issuer may affect the final amount received in your account.
5. Digital Product Access After a Refund
THE REBUILD is a digital product delivered electronically.
If a refund is issued, your license to use the refunded digital materials ends, and we may deactivate your access to the associated digital content.
You must not continue to distribute, reproduce, or commercially use the refunded materials.
6. Statutory Consumer Rights
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is a voluntary benefit offered in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
It does not replace, limit, or exclude statutory rights relating to withdrawal, cancellation, defective digital content, or other legal remedies.
Consumers in the European Union or European Economic Area may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for certain online purchases.
For digital content supplied immediately, that right may be lost only when the legal requirements for the relevant exception have been satisfied, including any required express consent, acknowledgment, and confirmation.
If those requirements have not been satisfied, applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain available.
The conditions in Section 2 apply only to our voluntary 30-day guarantee and do not restrict any mandatory statutory refund or withdrawal rights.
